Nickel Alloy Flanges

 

NIckel Alloy Flanges are having higher percentage of nickel alloys into it. There are several metals or registered trade names with high nickels. Although all the grades have general engineering name but peoples use to call it with registered name for example Monel400 Flanges rather then calling the same as Alloy 400 Flanges.Some of the common or regular nickel alloy grade Flanges are as following :-

 

 

Monel Alloy Flanges :-

 

Monel is a registered trade name by one of the company and it's industrial name is Alloy 400 or Alloy K500. These are two grades we are dealing in Flanges.

 

Inconel Alloy Flanges :-

 

Like Monel Alloy Inconel is also a registered trade name by one of the company. There are several grades in this alloy like Alloy 600, Alloy 601, Alloy 625, Alloy 718, Alloy 751 etc. We entertain all grades Flanges requirement and orders

 

Hastelloy Flanges :-

Like Other Nickel Alloys, Hastelloy is also a registered trade name by one of the company. There are several grades in this alloy like Alloy C-22, Alloy X, Alloy C-276, Alloy C-4 etc. We entertain all grades Flanges requirement and orders.

 

Incoloy Flanges :-

Incoloy is also a registered trade name by one of the company. There are few grades of which we deal into like Alloy 800, Alloy 825, Alloy 925 Flanges.

We are accepting order for all regular sizes available with us from 1/2" NB ( DN15) to 24" NB ( DN600) and pressure rating from 150 class to 2500 class.

 

Quality assurance with Nickel Alloy Flanges :-

We normally supply the consignment of nickel alloy Flanges with ordinal self certified mills test certificate in case of fair good quantity or we provide photo copy for any amount of small quantity. We also deliver the consignment with PMI test report for cross check.
